“Triunfo – Um delírio barroco” was directed by the choreographer Carmen Paternostro, with a large cast composed by the dancers of the Ballet Company from Fundação Clóvis Salgado, several musicians, and the actors of Grupo Galpão. The show was based on an 18th Century religious festival (the Triunfo Eucarístico) in Ouro Preto. “Triunfo – Um delírio barroco” celebrated the traditions of cultural and religious miscegenation in Minas Gerais and in Brazil.
